Ready for the 21st Century!

The 2009-2010 school year launched an extended leap into the future with the use of smart boards in many classrooms! Currently smart boards continue to enable teachers to give visual presentations with the help of computer technology. 

Our Kindergarten and 1st grade students will learn how to use Note Books this year (Lap tops)!  We are creating the opportunity for them to use technology during the instructional day.  Our Kindergarten and 1st graders will be the first students to take the new 2014 ELA exam which will consist of them taking the exam via computers. 

Our upper grade students will learn how to use ipads this year.  We are in the process of obtaining ipads for each of our 5th grade students!  Currently our Journalism Club is using ipads to create the 1st News letter for the 2010-2011 school year!
