• If your child is out sick you must call the office daily to inform us of the absence(s).  If your child is out more than 3 days you MUST send a note.  Please send all ORIGINAL Doctor's notes to the office, attn.: Hattie Evans.
• Please note that any time a child is out of school, it will be marked as an absence.  These absences cannot be removed from the records, but changes can be made on the ATS system noting if the absence is excused (medical) or unexcused (all other, i.e. extended vacation, etc.).
• If you are planning to take your child on vacation, you must provide proof of such.  If your vacation plans consist of leaving New York City, documentation of airline tickets or travel routes must be given, and a verifiable address and phone number, where you and your child can be reached MUST be submitted in writing to the office.
