It is the mission of the school to exceed academic standards set by the New York State Education Department/New York City Department of Education, and to provide an educational program for each student in accordance with his/her individual academic, emotional, and social needs, in a safe and orderly environment. It is the mission of the school to keep parents informed about, and involved in, school activities. It is the goal of the school to have a collaborative effort between home and school, and to follow a compact that addresses parent, student, and staff responsibilities. This will provide for having each student reach his/her full potential.
