Renaissance Academy
Mission Statement
The Renaissance Academy is a place where students will explore their creativity, blend the arts with academics, and sharpen their minds.
Students will experience the arts firsthand as they participate in dance, drama, instrumental music or visual art classes. Students will be required to take ownership and be accountable for their academic and artistic work.
The Renaissance Academy is a “thinking community” where teachers and students work together to solve problems creatively and analytically. It’s a place where students learn about themselves and others through artistic and cultural expression, independent/group projects, as well as trips to theatrical and cultural events.
A snapshot of learning experiences will be showcased at the end of the year.
