The program at P.721X is designed to provide academic opportunities for secondary aged students with disabilities to gain the academic, vocational, and secondary skills needed to succeed as an adult within the community. Ongoing partnerships between families, schools, and community are essential to facilitate students' progress.
As a school community we believe that all students have the right to equal access to education and services, employment, residential, and recreational opportunities and the smooth transition to adult life within their communities. Students have the same rights to opportunities as their non disabled peers.
All students have the opportunity to attain academic and vocational skills that will enable them to be productive and contributing members of their households and communities.
The multicultural diversity of the school community enhances the instructional program.
