At Samuel Barnes Elementary School, our goal for students is to have them each year more capable to handle the needs of a successful Middle School and High School student.
What is now our goal will soon be the standard in education at PS 54. Each year we will raise the standards, while backing those standards with competent technology education.
We look towards students using technology each day in school and when presented with a task, they will have the knowledge to use the resources either at home or at the public library to search out answers and the motivation and confidence to use these tools on their own.
