Dedication and Discipline
Being an
all-boys school, we teach our students the dedication and discipline necessary
to become productive and successful adults.
·
Our
students wear uniforms that get more formal towards graduation, beginning with “business
causal” polo shirts in middle school and button-down shirts with ties in high
school.
·
In
Advisory, we follow the ABCD Brotherhood Curriculum where we address such
topics as self-awareness, conflict resolution, manhood, and shared history.
·
To
further promote the ideal of Brotherhood, each incoming 6th grader
is mentored by a 9th grader and they follow each other for 3
years. When the 6th grader
becomes a 9th grader, he will then mentor a 6th
grader. When the 9th grader
becomes a 12th grader, he will have an adult mentor.
