Mathematics

We at P.S. 110 believe in an investigative approach to mathematics. We follow the mandated New York City curriculum of Everyday Math , but we enhance it with activities and investigations our teachers have learned while working with consultants from Math in the City  at City College. Our teachers emphasize conceptual understanding while providing students with the mathematical tools necessary to be successful in middle school and beyond.
