English Language Arts

 Our literacy program consists of a balanced literacy approach that is aligned tothe Teachers College Reading and Writing Project. Our workshop model approach provides our students with daily mini-lessons that are a prelude for student independent practice. Children work independently or collaboratively,practicing the craft of reading and writing. Teachers scaffold student learning by planning lessons that differentiate instruction for every child.
