On Wednesday, March 18th - 44 of our fifth grade students with Ms. Herbert, Mr. Rochford, Mr. Ressos and myself embarked on our journey to the Pocono Environmental Educational Center (PEEC). All the students took part in pond study, environmental journaling, orienteering, team building, bat study, astronomy, night hike, campfire and many miles of hiking. We spent 2 nights and 3 days enjoying the outdoors and learning how we can make our environment better for the future. What a wonderful experience we all had at PEEC. We returned on Friday, March 20th with many stories to tell and memories for a lifetime.
