• 12/5 Barnes & Noble hosting a book fair benefiting PS 39

  On Saturday December 5, the Barnes & Noble on 7^th Avenue and 6^th Street is hosting another book fair benefiting PS 39.   This is one of our most successful fundraising efforts.  However, the success depends on you.  Read here to see how you can help. Click here for vouchers!

• HOW P.S. 39 IS DEALING WITH LICE.  PLEASE READ!
  Lice is a terrible problem when it is allowed to go on the rampage.  Fortunately, P.S. 39 is having professional lice removers visit the school three times this year.  Please see the enclosed information.
•  “BLUE RIBBON SCHOOLS” NAMED BY U.S. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION INCLUDES PS 39
• PS 39 Gets an Overall A Score on the Individual Progress Report
• 100% of our 4th Graders scored a level 3 or 4 on the NYS ELA!
• H1N1 Flu Vaccinations being given in school
