K - 5 Registration

P.S. 58 is a zoned school.  Priority for enrollment is given to children who reside within our school zone.  To find your school zone, please click here .

Registration Requirements:

Kindergarten:
Children born in 2004 and zoned for P.S. 58 are eligible for our Kindergarten program for the 2009-2010 school year.

When you register, you will need to bring:

  • the child
  • two forms of proof of address--for acceptable forms of proof of address, please click here
  • child's birth certificate or passport
  • record of required immunizations--click here for more information
  • if you child has an individualized education plan, or IEP, please bring it with you

Grades 1 to 5:
Please note the requirements listed above.  Also bring your child's most recent transcript or report card.
