Working Papers Information
Step One:
Pick up an application for working paper from any Guidance Counselor.
(Click HERE for an official application)
Step Two:
Have your parent/guardian sign Part 1 of the application.
Step Three:
Get a doctor’s note verifying that you are in good health and can work.
Step Four:
Collect your original birth certificate and original social security card.
Step Five:
Return the completed application for working papers with your doctor’s note, your original birth certificate and your original social security card to Mary Riley in room 135.
Step Six:
Pick up your working papers, your original birth certificate and original social security card from Mary Riley in room 135.
Please note that the school cannot accept copies of your documents.
Your ORIGINAL documents will be returned.
