Special Prorams

We are a Reading First School and we have an inclusion program for students in grades 2 and 3. We follow the Joseph S. Renzulli School Wide Enrichment Model. Students have the opportunity to participate in Enrichment Clubs once a week.
Students in grades 3 and 4 receive instruction in chess through the Chess-in-the-Schools program. Many participate in our Chess Club after school.
Early Childhood students receive instruction through the Learning through Expanded Arts Program (LEAP) in collaboration with N.Y.U.
Students in grade 2-5 participate in the Noel Pointer Strings Program- where they are trained to read sheet music and play violins.
