NYU College of Nursing

We are located at the Prospect Height campus on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30 am until 4 pm for treatment of illnesses/injuries, sports physicals and physicals to get working papers. We also provide vaccinations for those students in need. We provide these services free of charge and regardless of a student's insurance status.

Please see attached informational flyer as well as our parental consent that parents can download, print, sign, and return to us so we may see their child on the Mobile Van.
