Our Community

    P.S.69 is located in Sunset Park which is a neighborhood in Brooklyn. There are many Chinese-American families in this neighborhood. On Eighth Avenue you will find many Chinese restaurants, Chinese supermarkets and Chinese stores. 
    
    During Chinese New Year there are big parades in the streets of Sunset Park. The people have performances like the Lion Dance. Students from Brooklyn Chinese American Association (known as BCAA) often perform during the festival. Some of our schoolmates also dance in the procession.  Sunset Park is our exciting community.
