     TICKETS ARE $5.OO PER PERSON.
       DOORS WILL OPEN AT 6:30 PM.  
  
        SEATING IS ON A FIRST COME,
               FIRST SERVE BASIS. 
 

TICKETS WILL BE SOLD IN THE PTA RM 120
PLEASE NOTE, WE WILL NOT BE SELLING
TICKETS AT DISMISSAL. PLEASE SEND THE
MONEY IN AN ENVELOPE WITH YOUR CHILD,
WITH THE CHILD’S NAME AND CLASS ON
THE ENVELOPE, AND WE WILL GIVE HIM/ HER
                              THE TICKETS.

Every person entering the building must have a ticket, there
will be no exceptions. Our school auditorium has a maximum
occupancy amount. Due to Fire Regulations, everyone who
enters the building on this evening, must have a ticket and
their own seat. This is our way of keeping track of how many
people are in the building. This is for your own safety. Although
we understand that infants are unable to watch the show,
they must still have a ticket, because they need to be counted.
All baby carriages must be left at the main entrance. All children
must be accompanied by an adult. Any parents who are helping
with the show, must have a ticket to enter.


                  Citywide ELL Parent Conference

The Division of Students with Disabilities and English
Language Learners,the Division of Family and
Community Engagement, the Translation and
Interpretation Unit, and Learning Leaders invite all
parents and guardians of ELLs and former ELLs
(in grades K-12) in New York City public schools
to this year’s citywide parent conference,
College and Career Ready at ALL Grade Levels:
What Do I Need to Know to Help My Child? In
collaboration with the Regional Bilingual and ESL
Resource Networks at New York and Fordham
Universities, we are very excited to be able to
have the world renowned author Julia Alvarez,
as thekeynote speaker. In addition, each parent
will receive two of her books! The conference will
also feature panels, workshops, educational
publishers, and community resources for
parents/guardians of ELLs and former ELLs.
Translation services, breakfast and lunch, and
MetroCards will be provided. It is scheduled for
Friday, May 25, 2012, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 
at the Jacob K. Javits Center in Manhattan
(11th Avenue between West 34th and 38th Streets).

   The classes will be held as follows:

      Mondays - 1:40PM - 2:30PM 
    Thursdays - 9:15AM - 10:40AM
