A Letter From The P.T.A.
Dear Parents, Teachers and Staff,
We are now preparing for our Holiday Boutique, which will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd and Thursday, December 4th, 2008. We will also have raffles for great gifts and gift certificates.
WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
Would you please consider donating any dollar amount so that we may reach our monetary goal in order to purchase these gifts/gift certificates? Each donation must be put in an envelope with your child's name and class printed clearly on the front.
Upon collection of any and all donations, the gifts/gift certificates will be purchased and a letter will go out to every student, teacher and staff member in the school. This letter will state how many gifts/gift certificates were purchased, from whom and the dollar amount of each. We will also be selling raffle tickets that may be purchased by an adult in the household ONLY. Please come to the P.T.A. Room 120 to purchase your raffle tickets, or you can buy them the day of the Holiday Boutique.
May we count on your help with this fundraiser? Any and all donations are greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Very Truly Yours,
P.T.A. Executive Board
