Dear 6th Grade Students & Parents,
I would like to take this opportunity to personally welcome you to the I.S. 281 family! At I.S. 281, it is our goal to provide every child with the support to grow intellectually, physically, socially and emotionally into a contributing member of society." If we work together, I am sure that this goal can be achieved!
The best way for us to monitor your child’s success is to maintain open lines of communication between our school, and your household. To effectively do so, I recommend that you visit is281.com on a regular basis to find out about school news and scheduled events.
Below you will find information concerning upcoming events as well as school policies and announcements:

PLEASE make sure that your child has handed in his/her lunch form to his/her homeroom teacher. These forms must be processed immediately in order to determine your child’s payment category.
