  • Boys Track Coach named Nike Coach of the Year
    Congratulations to John Padula, Head Coach for Boys Track & Field.  He has been selected by Nike as the 2009 Coach of the Year and will be presented with this prestegious award in at the Outdoor National Championships in Greensboro, NC in June, where the SBHS Relay Team will be defending their National Title. We are very proud of Coach Padula and happy that all of his hard work and dedication has been recognized off the track, as well as on.

    • Take your ID picture, so, please be prompt!
    • Review important information about scheduling, school procedures, programs and extra curricular activities 
    • Take a student tour of SBHS, the facilities, & get to meet you teachers & some Sheepshead students

    This orientation is for STUDENTS of the class of 2013 ONLY. Parents are warmly invited to the Parent Orientation  where immediately following, we will also invite you to join us for our first Parent Teacher Association Meeting.
    Date & Time will be announced once school opens.

    *STUDENTS MUST ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY FOR SCANNING*
    **REMEMBER: DON'T BRING ANY ELECTRONICS--IPODS, CELL PHONES, ETC...**

    PARENTS: Be sure to fill out Mandatory Blue Card & send it in
    with your child to orientation

  • Hamaad Hassan - Finalist in the NYC Science & Engineering Fair
    Congratulations to Hamaad Hassan, who is finalist in the New York City Sciences and Engineering Fair and will advance to the2009  Intel International Science & Engineering Competition.  This years competition will be held in Reno, NV, May 10th - 15th.
