The Paper Mache Planets

After reading about the Sun, moon, and planets, class 3-312 wrote non-fiction reports about the great big star, the largest satellite, and the nine planets in our solar system. As a culminating project the class made the planets, sun, and moon out of paper mache.




Sharon and Mrs. Wiener are painting Neptune's great spot.



 
Brianna and Joe are working on the Red Planet or Mars.

 
Elton and Samantha are painting Uranus. Did you know Uranus has rings round it? The rings are on a tilt.





 

Justin C. and Ashley R. are working on the biggest satillite in the solar system it is the moon.

Ashley L. is working on Jupiter. Jupiter has 3 rings around it and 5 satellites.

Class 3-312 made the planets, the biggest star (the sun) and the biggest satillite (the moon).
