The School Leadership Team, Parent Coordinator, ESL classes for parents, Life With Literacy (computer instruction to parents), an Active Parents' Association, and a team of Learning Leaders provide classroom support. "Meet the Teacher Night" and workshops at different times of the day, as well as trips organized by the Parent Coordinator strengthen family bonds. Project Arts and Parent Involvement Funds enable partnerships/activities that both children and parents can enjoy: Trips to Broadway and Lincoln Center, architecture and music residents. Life With Literacy involve students as well as parents. Life With Literacy teaches parents how to access the Department of Education, our web site, and several educational sites that support their children's education. Our two Community Based Organizations, Yi Tong and The Coalition for Hispanic Parents, are an integral part of our home-school connections and will also facilitate our students' success.
