All varsity team members must:

  • Submit a signed (by physician) Interscholastic Medical Form
  • Submit a New York City PSAL Parental Consent Form
  • Meet New York City PSAL scholastic eligibility
  • Meet New York City PSAL attendance requirements (minimum of 80% in all classes)
  • Maintain a good record of discipline/behavior
  • Join the Student Government Organization
