P.S. 18 Library
With big windows and cheerful wall paintings, the library at P.S. 18 houses thousands of volumes available to the entire student body and staff. Each week during scheduled periods, individual classes come to the library where parent volunteers enable students to borrow and return books. Every student has the opportunity to borrow one book per week and may renew the book for an additional week, if desired. Parent volunteers also maintain proper shelving and make necessary repair of the library items.
