Kindergarten Memories!
By: Cindy Panama K001
In Kindergarten this year, I learned letter sounds and how to write them.  I learned how to mix colors to make new colors with Mrs. Nehmad. I also learned about the American Flag and how to make a flag.  I learned how to plant seeds with Mr. Troy during  Science Class.  Lastly, I liked learning about the Statue of Liberty with Ms. Clifford.

I learned a lot in Kindergarten.  I learned to make friends and to write my name.  I also learned lots of other words.  I learned where the Statue of Liberty is and what President is on a penny.  I learned to listen to my teacher and not to be mean to other kids.  In math, I learned how to count all the way to 100!  I can now read books all on my own because I know how to tap out words.  I hope I learn as much in first grade as I did in Kindergarten.

Fifth Grade  Memories By: Asha Bissoondial 501
P.S. 66 is an excellent school. My heart is full of unforgettable memories of my teachers, my friends, and experiences.   My favorite trips were going to Albany in 5th grade, seeing the play “Charlotte’s Web” in 3rd grade and going to the zoo in first grade.  It was fun joking around in class and playing at recess.  I also enjoyed Mrs. Tillotson in homeroom, Mrs. Marinacci in the Library, and working with the first grade with our reading buddies.
I have learned so much from the people and my experiences at P.S 66Q.  It will be sad to leave.  However, I’ll take my memories with me.  I would like to thank my teachers and my family for encouragement and support.  I’m looking forward to going to Middle School 210.
