The Belle Harbor school is located in the beautiful suburban community of Belle Harbor, N.Y., nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Jamaica Bay on the western portion of the Rockaway Peninsula. Whether it be the smiling faces that greet you in the morning, the riding of retro cruiser bicycles (circa 1950s-1960s) to school, the melodic sound of the students singing the morning exercises in the school, the immediate vision of the school is that of a delightful Norman Rockwell painting.
