Important Announcement For Parents:

Middle School 202 is actively engaged in General Response Protocols, which cover shelter-in, lockdowns, and evacuations. We have established safety protocol and are actively preparing all students and staff in safety procedures in the event of any unforseen circumstances. We are committed to doing the best we can to provide a safe learning environment for your children.


 

NO CELL PHONES IN SCHOOL! AS PER CHANCELLOR'S REGULATION A-412

Item D. Cell phones, ipods, beepers and other communication devices are prohibited on school property.

Item F. The cell phone, ipod, beeper or other communication device should be maintained and secured by the school until the parent appears. If the parent repeatedly fails to appear to pick it up, the school should dispose of the item.



Congratulations to the Robert H. Goddard 202 community of parents, teachers and students for Making Strides Again Breast Cancer in our first annual Breast Cancer Fund Raising Walk.  As a school community we raise $2334.25 for this cause.

•  Students must be in homeroom at 8:00, breakfast program begins at 7:30

•  Log into Skedula to see your child's progress. MP 2 ending at the end of January.
 

•  ARIS Parent link is open and available- 2011/12 NY State test results are available (Contact PC Judy Rea)

LETTERS FROM THE PRINCIPAL 2012/2013

 

Advanced Regents Program (ARP) and Special Program(SP) Classes – Students who are placed in ARP and SP classes must maintain an 80 or higher average in ARP and a75 or higher average in SP, throughout the course of the school year. Students must also maintain a satisfactory (S) grade in conduct, in all subjects.  If students are not meeting these requirements, they can be removed from either program.      

The school day begins PROMPTLY at 8:00.  All students are expected to come to school on time every day.  Excessive lateness and absences will result in missed school work and will be referred to the attendance teacher.                                       
Monday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 -2:20 All Students
Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00-3:10 Extended Day Students
Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00-2:20 NON Extended Day Students
