If you have applied to have your child attend one of our Pre-K classes for the fall of 2012, a letter will be sent to you by OSE Office in mid-May.  Please follow the registration directions in the letter. RECEIVING THIS LETTER DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY REGISTER YOUR CHILD.  You MUST call for an appointment with Mrs. McHale.  You are to bring with you all the proper documentation to register your child, IN PERSON.

Immunization News

For Pre-K parents, please be reminded that your child needs to have the second MEASLES vaccination.  If he/she does NOT have the REQUIRED vaccination, your child will not be permitted in school in September.

Parents of 5th Grade students: your child is REQUIRED to have the VARICELLA vaccination (Chicken Pox).  Without it, your child will not be accepted int Junior High School.

  Safety Information

Please be reminded that if you or a designate pick your child up from school during the day, you or your designate must:

      1.        Bring a photo id and sign in with School Safety
2.        Be listed on the blue emergency card
3.        Be at least 18 years of age

These rules are enforced for the safety of your child!

If you need to change the regular “pick up plan” for your child, you are to notify your child’s Teacher by way of a note.  This note should be given to the Teacher, PROMPTLY, in the BEGINNING of the day. For example: If there is no notification that your child’s plans have changed or the Teacher is notified at the end of the day, and your child rides the bus, your child will be placed on his/her bus, as usual.

When picking up students at the day’s end, please be at the designated exit from which your child is dismissed. If you are late, your child will be dismissed from the gym or the front lobby.  No child will be dismissed to anyone without a signature of verification.  You MUST come into the school to pick up your child.
