Congratulations to Megan LaCognata whose artwork DIY has been selected from approximately 800 entries to be included in the P.S. Art 2013 exhibition at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. P.S. Art will be on exhibit at The Metropolitan Museum of Art from June 11th to August 25th then will move on to the Tweed Court House where it will be on display during the Fall semester.

1)  Send a letter to the Scholars' Academy indicating any guidelines you request followed for your donation.  If you want to donate it to teacher supplies, student technology, the arts program, or just general needs as deemed appropriate by the school principal, etc. simply indicate such in your letter.

The Middle School Application Hurricane Sandy Grace Period Has Expired. Applications will no longer be accepted for seats opening in September 2013. Appeals to attempt to apply after Thursday, January 17, 2013 will not be accepted. If you have missed the application window for any reason, you must wait until next year to apply for a seat opening in September, 2014.  An Immunization reminder to Parents:

Any child born after January 1, 1998 any student entering the 6th, 7th or 8th grade must receive the varicella (chicken pox) vaccine. In addition, Hepatitis B vaccine requirements now apply to all grades. Finally, students in the 6th grade who have reached their 11th birthday must receive a Tdap immunization.
