Breast Cancer Walk
On Sunday October 19th, 2008 a group of 16 students and six teachers represented Stephen A. Halsey JHS 157 in a Breast Cancer Walk. We were able to raise $1,400.00 towards the research fund. The following students showed great concern by showing up in the not so warm weather. Let’s recognize them as our socially conscious students of the month. Jenice C., Jayleen C., Uzonna A., Shaun S., Shaun V., Jossie G., Zoraya N., Danelis R., Nikole P., Katherine V., Amber L., Johnathan D., Richard V., Doniqueca C. The committee would also like to thank all those who contributed to this worthy cause. We would like to thank teachers, students, parents, and other family members for their continued support.
