STUDENT GOVERNMENT
Student government is composed of two councils: the Senior Council and the Student Council . Both councils are elected by the student body. Senior Council members work closely with the Senior Advisor to plan the senior year. The student council focuses on matters concerning the freshman sophomores, and juniors. Students interested in joining the student government must speak with the COSA .Elections take place at the beginning of the school year. They have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills by working on a various activities such as Freshmen Orientation, Fund Raising Events, Presentations, Spirit Days, Showcases, Senior Prom, Graduation, Awards Night and Leadership conferences. These students work diligently to promote spirit and pride among our school community.
STUDENT ORGANIZATION
The Student Organization under the leadership of the COSA sponsors special events a such as :
College Fairs: Representative from various colleges visit
Concerts, Showcases and Performing Arts Productions: Throughout the year
Community Service: Canned Food Drive, Blood Drive, Penny Harvests, etc…
Health Fair: Health Information and free check-ups provided.
