  • The Student Handbook is where you will find important information about the rules and policies of PS 127Q.  Read the handbook carefully as each student is expected to conduct themself in a professional manner. 
  • Scholastic News Online is the place for kid news with games and quizzes, debate topics, and in-depth reports.
  • This link provides educators, students, and parents with resources in ELA, Math, Social Studies, and Science.  Included are self-check quizzes, reading passages, games, and much more. 
  • Acuity is a web-based assessment platform that provides interim and formative assessments designed to inform teaching and improve student learning in grades 3-12.  Students can use it to strengthen reading and math skills.  Parents can log on to see their child's academic performance on city-wide assessments.  Log-in information can be obtained from your child's teachers. 
  • Welcome to Dance Mat Typing, an introduction to touch typing for children aged 7 - 11 years.  When you can do it well, touch typing is the fastest way to write. Many people can soon learn to touch type faster than they can write with a pen.  
  • Study Island is a web-based program offering instruction, practice, assessment and reporting built from state‘s standards.  It includes rigorous academic content that is both fun and engaging and is easy to use (in the lab, classroom, library, or home).  The Study Island program is research-based with proven results for all students.  See Ms. Betts (Technology Teacher) for log-in information.
