Community Service Opportunities

All middle school students are required to complete community service hours. Hours shoulde be entered using the link to the form above.  The required minimum number of hours for each grade is as follows:

  • 6th Grade: 5 hours
  • 7th Grade: 10 hours
  • 8th Grade: 15 hours

Students who exceed their required number of community service hours will be honored at the end of the school year.  Download our community service letter HERE

Attention Middle School Students!   If you are looking for an experience wherein you will learn as well as help others, plus have an opportunity to earn community service- become a peer tutor and/or big buddy!  Peer Tutoring takes place Tuesday and Thursday. from 2:20 - 3:10 PM (extended day) and the Big Buddy Program is on Monday and Friday from 12:45 - 1:35 PM (7th period).  Please DOWNLOAD and submit your application to Ms. Middleton in room 418A. 

Students earn 1 hour of community service for each day that they participate. Becoming a peer tutor/big buddy means making a commitment to participate each week on your assigned day(s).
