~ Our Curriculum~

~Grade 6~
We have implemented the Delta Foss Kit option which follows the new K-8 Science Scope and Sequence for science instruction and curriculum.  The four hands on units of study are: Simple and Complex Machines, Weather & Water, Diversity of Life and Interdependence.

~Grades 7 & 8~
The NYC Science Core Curriculum is followed.
We are an Urban Advantage school, which provides training, materials, and educational partnerships with The Brooklyn Botanical Garden, The Queens Botanical Garden, The N.Y. Hall of Science, The American Museum of Natural History and other cultural and environmental institutions.
