Public School 39 is dedicated to meeting the needs of each child. Our thrust is to convey principles of tolerance and acceptance and to stress the need to work cooperatively. Our Comprehensive Education Plan is designed to challenge students in attaining high performance standards in meeting the demands of the 21st Century. Our curriculum, based on incorporating a multi-cultural approach, stresses the desired outcome that all students will acquire the skills, knowledge and the attitudes necessary for effective citizenship. As we strive to meet the needs of our students, we include within our curriculum the students' needs to explore, create and develop their physical skills.
