Parent Coordinator

Dear Parents and Guardians:

Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year!  I look forward to working together with all of you to help ensure your children have a year filled with learning, new experiences and personal growth. 

 The Michael J. Petrides School embraces the idea of nurturing the whole child – mind, body, and spirit.  As your new parent coordinator and as a social worker, I cannot emphasize enough how your ongoing involvement in our school community will positively impact your child’s overall school experience.

Throughout this year you will have opportunities to meet your child’s teachers, attend informational presentations, volunteer in school events and participate in workshops that address a myriad of social and developmental issues relating to your role as parents/guardians.

I am available to provide information, help answer questions, access resources and to assist in resolving any issues you or your child may encounter.
