It is hard to believe that we are in the month of October and have been back to school for over a month. At this time, all high school students should be well acclimated to their routines and working diligently in the studies.
Deficiency notes will be mailed home to students who are no succeeding in certain subjects. This method of communication is designed to show that we are doing all that we can to help your child succeed in his/her subjects. We feel that you need to know of your child’s progress so that you can exert every effort to effect improvement.
If positive action is taken now, it is quite likely that your child will be able to lift the quality of his/her work and ultimately earn better grades.
Parent Teacher Conference are scheduled for the month of November. Please make every effort to attend these conferences so you may briefly meet with your child’s teachers and discuss his/her progress in school.
Our high school Open House will be held on Thursday, November 5th from 7:00-8:30pm. The program will begin in our school auditorium. Ms. Buckheit, along with staff members, will be available both in the auditorium and in the classrooms to answer any questions you have.
