Congratulations to our Culinary Arts students who were presented with Culinary Scholarships at the 18th Annual C-CAP (Careers through Culinary Arts Program) awards breakfast on April 28, 2008 at the Pierre Hotel in New York City. Juniors, Alexander Spoto and Steven Young were each awarded the opportunity to attend "Boot Camp for Young Chefs" this summer at Monroe College in New Rochelle, New York. The value of each of their scholarships is $2,000. Senior, Loren Gregory, was awarded the Natalie Toedter scholarship of $12,000 to study Pastry Arts and senior, Damaris Arocho, was awarded the French Culinary Institute Full-Tuition Scholarship of $38,500 to attend the French Culinary Intitute in New York City.
