Procedures to Obtain Official Transcripts & Copies of Diploma

HOW TO OBTAIN OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS FOR
TOTTENVILLE HS GRADUATES ONLY: 

Requests for Official Transcripts must be in writing to:

Tottenville High School
100 Luten Avenue
Staten Island, NY 10312
Attn: Records Office - Room 115

You MUST state your last name, first name, date of birth, year of graduation
or discharge, include a telephone number in case there are any questions.  
You must include a $5.00 Money Order (ONLY) made out to Tottenville
High School.  In addition, you must enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope
with a forwarding address.

HOW TO OBTAIN COPIES OF YOUR DIPLOMA:

Diplomas are never photocopied - we will, however, provide an official DIPLOMA LETTER,
which states that you have completed the Tottenville High School program etc.  
You MUST state last name, first name, date of birth, year of graduation, etc. 
There is a $5.00 fee for a diploma letters (Money Order Only) made out to
Tottenville High School

VERIFICATIONS:
Graduation Verifications must be done in writing - a $5.00 Company Check or
Money Order must accompany the written request - information needed is last name,
date of birth, year of graduation.   

YOU CAN ALSO COME TO THE PARENT CENTER - ROOM A121 AND COMPLETE REQUEST FORMS FOR EITHER TRANSCRIPTS OR A LETTER OF DIPLOMA AND THEY WILL BE MAILED OUT AS SOON AS THEY ARE PROCESSED.

CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED WHEN YOU COME IN PERSON.
