Mr. Grosso,
Thank you for taking some of your precious time to teach us about history. Even though some of the other students don't really care I still believe that what you're doing matters to some. I believe that you make history fun and exciting for all of us. We are learning things that some unfortunately can't learn or don't bother learning. We are learning facts about our nation's history and the history of other nations as well. We are learning why we exist is this world because of those who in the past who have helped to shape and mold the future. We are learning not only our past, but the past of our parents and grandparents and even our great-grand parents. Not only are we learning about our past, but we are learning about how to help our future and the future of other people. I really appreciate what you are doing for me and even the other students of New Dorp High School. It might not be next year or maybe two years from now that we will make a difference to the world, but when we do we know that it is because of you and teachers like you.
