My daughter hated reading but by the time Mrs. Ryan was done with her, she enjoyed reading so much. Mrs. Ryan was the 4th grade teacher at P.S. 47 when my daughter was in her class. My daughter is now in 7th grade and loves reading chapter books. In addition she loves writing. She wants to become a children's author one day.
I wish all teachers were like Mrs. Ryan. Mrs. Ryan is motivated to teach. She is an encouragement to the kids. She works extra in order to see all her kids succeed. Thank you, Mrs. Ryan. I am sure every parent in P.S 47 feels the same way towards you.
