we especially encourage teachers who are certified in designated critical shortage areas to apply for teaching positions. These shortage areas include:

- Special Education
- Spanish
- ESL
- Bilingual Subjects
- Speech Improvement
We also offer incentive and scholarship programs for those teachers already certified in a shortage area.
