Grade 3-8 ELA and Math Teachers and 4 and 8 Science Teachers: Review and Request Changes to Class List Information using Class List Reporting (CLR)

Deadline: May 9, 2013
Events: April 12 – May 9, 2013
Contact: Principal's Designee(s)

From April 12 – May 9, teachers with students in grades 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 math and ELA courses and grades 4 and 8 science courses need to update and confirm class list information being reported to New York State Education Department (NYSED) in the 2012-13 school year through the CLR web application. The information will be used by NYSED to generate growth scores for teachers of grades 4 – 8 ELA and math. While grade 3 ELA and math teachers and grades 4 and 8 science teachers will not receive growth scores for this school year, information collected will be used by NYSED to support the development of future growth models. All class list information should be verified by May 9 at 5 p.m.

For questions, teachers should contact their school’s CLR designee, visit the CLR wiki, or contact the CLR Support Desk at CLRSupport@schools.nyc.gov or (718) 935-4051. The Support Desk is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
