January Regents exams administered at high schools will be scored under a new distributed scoring model. Under this model, scoring of 7 Regents exams (Algebra 2/Trigonometry, Geometry, Global History & Geography, Physical Setting/Chemistry, Physical Setting/Earth Science, Physical Setting/Physics, and US History and Government) will be completed through centrally administered per session activities. Scoring for the history and math exams will occur in all five boroughs, and science exams will be scored at a single location at Brooklyn Technical High School. NYC DOE teachers are invited to apply for these positions.
Per session postings have been published for scorers (#92), content leaders (#93),and organizational team members (#94). There is a high need for additional applicants to score, particularly for history exams. Applications for postings #92-94 must be submitted through the online application portal. Given the need for additional applicants, applications will continue to be accepted beyond the December 6 deadline.
