Teachers and principals should use this link to access reports from years 2008-09 and 2009-10. For help logging in, please call HR Connect at 718-935-4000.
Teachers should complete this form to receive their Teacher Data Report(s) for the 2007-08 school year.
Principals should complete this form to receive:
- 2007-08 Teacher Data Reports for all teachers currently in their school and for teachers who taught in their school in 2007-08; and/or
- 2008-09 and 2009-10 reports for teachers currently in their school who were at a different school when the reports were generated.
