Complaints about the process for transferring to a public school system are accepted. These types of complaints include travel, hardship, safety, medical, and sibling variances. "Anonymous complaints are reviewed and addressed when possible, but people who choose to remain anonymous will not be contacted by the Department of Education for follow-up."
