Contains guidance on the purpose and functions of the Building Council and Share Space Committee. It also provides information on the annual space survey and meeting requirements.
Principal Annual Space Survey (PASS)
(formerly known as Campus Audit Template)
The Campus Audit template has been merged with the Annual Facilities Survey into a new online tool called the Principal Annual Space Survey (PASS). As part of Chancellor’s regulation A-190, all campuses must submit this survey annually. In the 2013-14 school year, the deadline is September 30th.
Shared Space Committee Meeting Minutes
Beginning in the 2013-2014 school year, all Shared Space Committee (SSC) meeting minutes should be uploaded to the
system using the
SSC Meeting Template
. The four SSC meeting minutes deadlines in the 2013-2014 school year are: November 15, 2013, January 17, 2014, April 11, 2014, and July 11, 2014.
