    While Janette was my principal at the TAG School, we developed a very close working relationship
and she always empowered me to utilize my strengths for the betterment of the school and the students. Janette embraces collaboration and teamwork so we always worked side-by-side. My experience as her AP gave me the confidence to pursue this next chapter in my career. The idea of opening a new school and building a vision from the bottom up has always excited me. I feel that new schools have the unique ability to create a culture of success from day one. The support I received from the Office of New Schools was strong and benefitted my entire school community.
