Serapha and Dillon
Dillon is special. I would not generally recommend a teacher of four years to open and run a new school,
however Dillon has a unique set of talents that suit him well for the position. First, he is humble, yet
confident. He listens to others, recognizes the need for buy-in from all constituents, and is confident enough
to make final decisions. Finally, Dillon cares strongly for and is highly sensitive to the needs of students. I know
he will relentlessly pursue results, hold everyone accountable to the mission of his school and take personal
responsibility for executing his vision, while acknowledging the hard work of all involved.
