PRESENTED: District 24 Proposed Middle School Rezoning Plan for Implementation during the 2014-2015 School Year

Proposal Information

The Department of Education (DOE) is proposing to rezone the area surrounding I.S. 73, I.S. 61, and M.S. 311 in an effort to utilize additional capacity at I.S. 73, to relieve overcrowding at I.S. 61, and to modify the incubation zone for M.S. 311 to account for an extended incubation period and increased zone demand.

The Community Education Council for District 24 will vote on this proposed rezoning plan during their monthly Calendar meeting on November 26, 2013. You can download informational resources using the links below.
